Highly recommend Dr. Jesse! Amazing technique, super relaxing atmosphere, I walked out feeling completely refreshed, relaxed, and moving so much better. 10/10 you should book a session!

Dr. Jesse was the focal point of my recovery routine. He’s very easy to work with and understands how to best pair up my recovery with the demands of my training program.

His excellent understanding of sports medicine allows him to be a jack of all trades. I appreciate the “One stop shop” capabilities he has to address whatever problem I bring into his office that day.

Dr. Jesse is a key piece to my off-season workout program and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to improve the recovery aspect to their life.

As a former collegiate athlete and coach, I've worked with my fair share of physical therapists and chiropractors. Dr. Jesse is simply one of the best.

I've been training for endurance events, and along the way I've dealt with tight hip flexors, tight calves, glute pain, and a handful of other nagging issues. Rather than just treating the symptoms, Dr. Jesse takes the time to identify the root cause of the problem and develop a treatment plan that actually works.

His evaluations are incredibly thorough, and every session has a purpose. Thanks to his expertise, I've been able to get back to training with more confidence and less pain.

I truly appreciate the time, knowledge, and care he puts into every visit. Thanks for everything you do, Dr. Jesse! I look forward to continuing treatment and would highly recommend TRC+ to anyone looking for a provider who genuinely wants to help you move and perform at your best.

True chiropractic rehabilitation is such a rare gem these days! Dr. Jesse at TRC+ has made such an impact on his community. He is dedicated to his practice and his clients and it shows in a big way! He is a great advocate for truly healing/rehabilitating the body and not just treating the symptoms.

Jesse is the man. Very professional, doesn't beat around the bush, great at what he does. I've had 2 sessions with him, I come out feeling better an more motivated each time. If you need help with any training or recovery, I will recommend Jesse every time.

Absolutely amazing experience. Dr Jesse has been instrumental in helping me recover, move better, and feel stronger overall. He takes the time to explain everything to me, tailor each session to exactly what my body needs, and genuinely cares about my progress. I came in with a couple injuries that he took extra time to figure out what the main cause was, and target those areas specifically to get me back to playing my sport, performing well again, and coming back stronger. I always leave feeling better than when I walked in. Highly recommend to anyone looking to improve their recovery and overall movement. He treats you like a friend, and makes you feel comfortable in every aspect. You won't regret a session with him!

Boise’s baseball and softball players push their shoulders to the limit all season long — but staying pain-free isn’t about luck, it’s about preparation. Learn how smart mobility, strength work, and recovery habits can keep your arm durable from first pitch to playoffs.
Knee pain that lingers after training isn’t just soreness — it could be a sign of patellar tendinopathy, also known as “jumper’s knee.” Common in athletes and active adults, this condition develops from repetitive stress on the tendon below your kneecap. In this post, we break down what’s really happening inside the knee, what current research says about the best way to recover, and how you can safely rebuild strength and function without losing time in the gym.
