I’m a retired barber, so years of standing and cutting hair left me with constant shoulder tightness and leg pain. I figured it was just part of getting older—until I found TRC+. After a few visits, I could actually feel my shoulders loosen up and my legs move without that dull ache. The difference is night and day. Dr. Jesse really knows what he’s doing. I haven’t felt this good in years!

Highly recommended TRC+. The attention to detail and clear path forward set this clinic above the rest. Tailored treatment plans assure you will be achieving your goals in no time. I’d give 10 stars if I could!

Jesse is both talented and personable. He helped me work through lingering knee pain and prepare for a half marathon with previous wear from being a former athlete. He’s quick to find solutions tailored to your body and makes sure you leave feeling even better than when you walked in. Grateful to have him and his expertise here in the Treasure Valley!

I’m so grateful for Dr. Jessie’s knowledge and skills. When I first came in, I was struggling to do the activities I love, but thanks to his care I not only recovered, I’ve improved in so many ways beyond what I expected. My mobility, focus, and overall performance have all gone up. I feel stronger than ever and excited to keep progressing under his care. The results have been so amazing that I’ve also brought my wife and kids to see him. Whether you’re an athlete or just want to feel and function better, I can’t recommend Dr. Jessie enough.

Loved Jesse's work-- it was a full complete reset of my body, traps, neck and other areas that need some TLC. I've been to many Chiro's in the Treasure Valley and all of them want to give you a turn and burn approach, seeing you for 5 minutes or less -- that doesn't always do the trick and needless to say, its always left me wanting more. Jesse hits all the parts of the body and of customer service, going above and beyond what the regular Chiro offers. I highly recommend him and his approach to healing, mitigating and assisting mobility in your body. He is a wealth of knowledge and very strong! Highly recommend for a reset and constant care.

My husband kept raving about TRC+, so I finally came in—and wow, I’m glad I did. I’m a retired teacher who loves hiking and gardening, but years of athletics (and a couple ACL surgeries) had left me stiff and slowed down. After just a few visits, my mobility improved and I feel lighter, and more balanced. It’s amazing to move without all that tightness again. Dr Jesse at TRC+ has helped both of us get back to feeling our best!

I’ve been to several chiropractors over the years, but this place truly stands out above anyone else I’ve ever been to. From the moment you walk in, you can tell they do things differently — the level of care, attention to detail, and genuine passion for helping patients is unmatched. What makes them unique is how personalized the treatments are. They don’t just do a quick adjustment and send you on your way — they take time to understand the root cause of your pain, create a customized plan, and use advanced techniques and equipment you won’t find at most other clinics. Every visit feels like part of a long-term solution rather than a temporary fix. They have changed my mind to believe that going to the chiropractor cant just be a 1 time visit. I had no idea and I had outstanding injuries from playing baseball my whole life and was living with discomfort and mobility issues until I saw Jesse. My body has never felt better and my mobility and flexibility, mobility, and posture. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and professional, and they truly make you feel like family from the time you walk in.

Dr. Jesse provided an exceptional experience from start to finish. His meticulous attention to detail and expertise made the entire appointment outstanding. I left feeling noticeably more relaxed, properly aligned, and rejuvenated. I highly recommend Dr. Jesse to athletes and anyone seeking top-quality care in the valley.

Boise’s baseball and softball players push their shoulders to the limit all season long — but staying pain-free isn’t about luck, it’s about preparation. Learn how smart mobility, strength work, and recovery habits can keep your arm durable from first pitch to playoffs.
Knee pain that lingers after training isn’t just soreness — it could be a sign of patellar tendinopathy, also known as “jumper’s knee.” Common in athletes and active adults, this condition develops from repetitive stress on the tendon below your kneecap. In this post, we break down what’s really happening inside the knee, what current research says about the best way to recover, and how you can safely rebuild strength and function without losing time in the gym.
Shoulder pain after lifting or training isn’t always a sign of injury — sometimes it’s your body’s way of signaling imbalance. Shoulder impingement is one of the most common gym-related issues, often caused by poor mechanics, tightness, or weak stabilizers. In this post, we break down what’s really happening inside your shoulder, what the research says, and how to fix it with simple, effective movements you can do at home or in the gym — no fancy equipment required.
