Frequently asked Q’s
-
What makes TRC+ different from a traditional chiropractic office?
At TRC+, every session is designed around sports performance and recovery, not just quick adjustments. We combine advanced chiropractic care with active rehab, soft-tissue therapy, and recovery tools like Normatec compression, percussion therapy, and dynamic cupping with red-light therapy. You’ll receive one-on-one treatment focused on restoring movement, reducing pain, and improving performance — not just temporary relief.
-
How long are follow-up visits?
Each visit lasts about 60 minutes and is fully one-on-one. We spend time assessing, treating, and reinforcing the improvements we make through soft-tissue work, adjustments, and movement-based rehab.
-
Do I have to be an athlete to come to TRC+?
Not at all! While many of our clients are athletes, we work with anyone who wants to move better, feel stronger, and live pain-free. Whether you’re a weekend warrior, runner, golfer, or simply someone who wants to take your recovery seriously — we tailor care to your goals and activity level.
-
What should I wear to my session?
Wear athletic or comfortable clothing that allows free movement — similar to what you’d wear to the gym. We may perform stretching, mobility work, and corrective exercises as part of your session.

Do you take insurance?
We operate as an out-of-network provider, which allows us to focus entirely on personalized, performance-driven care without the time limits and restrictions of insurance. Many patients choose to use their Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for visits. We can also provide itemized receipts (superbills) for self-submission to your insurance if needed.
